Data analytics capabilities and digital trust increasingly matter in Agricultural sector to reduce manual labor for farmers and ensure consistent time savings. For ROMI – Robotics for Microfarms, European project part of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research & Innovation programme, a team of experts in the fields of robotics, electronics, computer science, micro-farming and agronomy will develop a wieldy robotics platform for defined farming land areas.

Noumena is in charge to apply its drone technology NERO to acquire information on plants and for multi-scale crop monitoring to implement farmers activities. In collaboration with IaacSony, Inria, UBER, CNRS and Châtelain, Noumena is part of ROMI initiative to boost harvest efficiency by providing multi-purpose, scalable and accessible robotics solutions.
